Abstract
هدف المقال الكشف عن درجة توظيف معلمي اللغة العربية في المرحلة الأساسية لمهارات القراءة السريعة والجهرية. اعتمدت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وقد أُجريت الدراسة على عينة عشواية بلغت (100) معلم لغة عربية من منطقة البادية الشمالية الغربية بالاردن، وخلصت الدراسة إلى أنَّ الوزن النسبي لمحور القراءة الجهرية كان مرتفعاً (71.4٪) بينما كان الوزن النسبي لمحور القراءة السريعة عالياً (77.6٪)، كما خلصت الدراسة إلى عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (α ≤ 0.05) بين متوسط درجات توظيف معلمي اللغة العربية مهارات القراءة الجهرية والقراءة السريعة حسب متغيرات الدراسة (الجنس - المؤهل العلمي - سنوات الخدمة).
The article aimed to reveal the degree of employing Arabic language teachers in the basic stage of rapid and phonetic reading skills. The study adopted the descriptive approach. The random sample consisted of (100) Arabic language teachers from the northwestern Badia region in Jordan. The study concluded that the relative weight of the oral reading axis was high (71.4%), while the relative weight of the speed reading axis was high (77.6%). The study also concluded that there were no statistically significant differences at the significance level (α ≤ 0.05). (Between the average scores of employing Arabic language teachers for reading aloud and speed reading according to the variables of the study (gender - educational qualification - years of experience).
