Abstract
هدف المقال التحقق في دور أنماط القيادة التربوية لدى مديري المدارس الخاصة في عمان على أداء المعلمين بوجود الدور المعدل لدافعية العمل. تم الاعتماد في هذه الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي والتحليلي من أجل تحقيق أهداف الدراسة والإجابة على أسئلتها، فتم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي القائم على دراسة موضوع البحث بالاعتماد على أداة مناسبة استخدمت لجمع البيانات والمعلومات، بهدف دراسة العلاقة بين أبعاد الدراسة ومتغيراتها، واستخدم المنهج التحليلي لمعالجة البيانات. وقد تكون مجتمع الدراسة من جميع مديري المدارس الخاصة في العاصمة عمان، وتم أخذ عينة عشوائية بسيطة بلغت (200) مدير ومديرة، وتم توزيع استبانة تم تصميمها خصيصاً لأغراض البحث على مديري المدارس الخاصة عينة الدراسة. تم التوصل الى انه "يوجد أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة (0.05 ≥α) للأنماط القيادة التربوية لدى مديري المدارس الخاصة في عمان على أداء المعلمين بوجود الدور المعدل لدافعية العمل". وتبعا لهذه النتائج توصي الدراسة انه لتشجيع الروح القيادية لمدير المدرسة وتحفيز عمل المعلم في تحسين أداء المعلم في المستقبل، يجب على المدير تحسين قدرته على قيادة وتحفيز المعلمين وتعزيزهم من أجل تحسين أدائهم المهني
The article aimed to investigate the role of educational leadership styles among private school principals in Oman on the performance of teachers by the existence of the modified role of work motivation. In this study, the descriptive and analytical approach was adopted in order to achieve the objectives of the study and answer its questions, so the descriptive approach based on the study of the research topic was adopted based on an appropriate tool used to collect data and information, in order to study the relationship between the dimensions of the study and its variables, and the analytical approach was used to process the data. The study group consisted of all the principals of private schools in the capital Amman, a random sample of (200) principals was taken, and a questionnaire designed specifically for research purposes was distributed to the principals of the private schools of the study sample. It was found that there is a statistically significant effect at the indicative level (0.05 ≥α) of the educational leadership styles of private school principals in Oman on the performance of teachers with the presence of the modified role of work motivation". Based on these results, the study recommends that to encourage the school principal's leadership spirit and stimulate the teacher's work in improving the teacher's performance in the future, the principal should improve his ability to lead, motivate and strengthen teachers in order to improve their professional performance
