Abstract

هدف المقال للكشف عن واقع تنفيذ منهاج التّربية المهنيّة للصفوف من الرابع حتى العاشر الأساسي للمنهاج في محافظة معان، اسُتخدمَ المنهج المختلط (النوعي- الكمي)، تكونت عينة الدّراسة من (59) معلمًا ومعلمة، استخدمت المقابلة المنتظمة، وتمّ التحقق من خصائصها السيكومترية، وقد أظهرت نتائج الدّراسة أن واقع تنفيذ معلّمي التّربية المهنيّة للمنهاج جاء على النحو الآتي: تحقيق معلّمي التّربية المهنيّة للنّتاجات الخاصة للصفوف من الرابع حتى العاشر، كانت بدرجة متوسطة، وأن إستراتيجية التّدريس المباشر كانت من أكثر إستراتيجيات التّدريس استخدامًا، تلتها إستراتيجية تدريس التّعلم التعاوني، والتدريس بالحوار والنقاش، والعصف الذهني، وأن إستراتيجية التّقويم بالورقة والقلم كانت من أكثر إستراتيجيات التّقويم استخدامًا، تلاها إستراتيجية التّقويم بالملاحظة، والتّقويم بالتواصل، والتّقويم المعتمد على الأداء، ثم المراجعة الذّاتيّة، كما أظهرت الدّراسة أن (63) من المدارس المطبقة عليها الدّراسة لا يوجد بها مشاغل مهنية، وأن أبرز الصعوبات التي تواجه معلّمي التّربية المهنيّة عدم وجود مشغل مهني لتنفيذ التمارين العمليّة. أوصى الباحثون بعقد دورات تدريبية للمعلّمين، واستخدام إستراتيجيات التّقويم المختلفة التي تتناسب مع موضوعات التّربية المهنيّة والعمل على إيجاد مشاغل مناسبة في المدارس.

The article aimed to reveal the status quo of the Pre-vocational education curriculum implementation in Ma'an Governorate from the teachers' point of view. The mixed approach (qualitative-quantitative) was used. The study sample consisted of (59) male and female teachers. To achieve the objectives of the study, the organized interview was used, and its psychometric characteristics were verified. The results of the study showed that the reality of The implementation of the curriculum by vocational education teachers was as follows: the vocational education teachers’ achievement of special outcomes for grades four to ten was moderate, and the strategy of direct teaching was one of the most used teaching strategies, followed by the strategy of teaching cooperative learning, teaching through dialogue and discussion, and brainstorming. And that the paper-and-pencil evaluation strategy was one of the most widely used evaluation strategies, followed by the observational evaluation strategy, the communication evaluation, the performance-based evaluation, and then the self-review. The problem faced by vocational education teachers is the lack of a professional operator to carry out the practical exercises. The researchers recommended conducting training courses for teachers, using various assessment methods suitable for the prevocational education subjects, and offering suitable workshops in schools.
