Abstract
هدف المقال التعرف إلى الآثار النفسية والسلوكية للعنف المدرسي وانعكاساتها على طلبة المدارس الأساسية في مديرية التربية والتعليم للواء قصبة مادبا ، حيث استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، من خلال عينة تكونت من (102) طالبًا وطالبة من طلبة المدارس الأساسية الحكومية في مديرية لواء قصبة مادبا، ممن تتراوح أعمارهم بين (6 - 11) سنة، وقد اشتملت أدوات الدراسة على مقياس العنف المدرسي، وتم التحقق من خصائصه السيكومترية قبل تطبيقه، وأظهرت نتائج البحث أن مستوى الآثار النفسية والسلوكية للعنف المدرسي مستوى متوسط، وأكثر مظاهر العنف المدرسي انتشارًا هي البعد الجسدي، يليها البعد اللفظي، وفي المرتبة الأخيرة البعد المادي، كما بينت نتائج الدراسة وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (05.α=0) بين الأوساط الحسابية لمقياس العنف المدرسي وفقًا لمتغير الجنس ولصالح الذكور. وفي ضوء النتائج أوصت الباحثة بعدة توصيات، من أهمها: ضرورة تضمين المناهج الدراسية كل ما يساعد على نبذ العنف وتعزيز القيم والأخلاق، وتدريب المعلمين على كيفية التعامل مع أحداث العنف الصادرة عن الطلبة.
The article aimed to identify the Psychological and behavioral effects of school violence and its repercussions on basic school students in the Directorate of Education of Qasbah Madaba, where the researcher used the descriptive analytical approach, through a sample consisting of (102) male and female students from public schools in the Qasaba Madaba District Directorate , between the ages of (6-11) years, and the study tools included the scale of school violence, and its psychometric characteristics were verified before applying it, and the results of the research showed that the level of psychological and behavioral effects of school violence is a medium level, and the most prevalent manifestation of school violence is the physical dimension followed by the verbal dimension, and finally the physical dimension. The results of the study also showed that there were statistically significant differences at the significance level (05.α = 0) between the arithmetic means of the school violence scale according to the gender variable in favor of males. In light of the results, the researcher made several recommendations, the most important of which are: the need to include in the school curricula everything that helps to renounce violence and promote values and morals, and to train teachers on how to deal with violent incidents emanating from students.
