Abstract
هدف المقال إلى معرفة درجة امتلاك معلمات المرحلة الأساسية لعادات العقل في مدارس محافظة مادبا، وقد تم استخدام الاستبانة كأداة للدراسة، ومجتمع الدراسة من معلمات المرحلة الأساسية في محافظة مأدبا، وبلغ عدد العينة (120) معلمة، وقد أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن درجة امتلاك عادات العقل قد جاء بدرجة متوسطة، وقد أظهرت النتائج كذلك وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في درجة امتلاك معلمات المرحلة الأساسية لعادات العقل تعزى للمؤهل العلمي ولصالح من كانت مؤهلاتهم العلمية دراسات عليا، بينما أظهرت عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تعزى لسنوات الخبرة، وقد أوصت الدراسة إلى ضرورة وضع البرامج التدريبية التي من شأنها تنمية عادات العقل لدى معلمات المرحلة الأساسية، كما أوصت ضرورة تكييف المناهج لتضم استخدام عادات العقل في البيئة المدرسية.
The article aimed to find out the degree of possession of the basic stage teachers of the habits of mind in the schools of Madaba Governorate. The questionnaire was used as a tool for the study. The mind came in a medium degree, and the results also showed that there were statistically significant differences in the degree of possession of the basic stage teachers of the habits of the mind due to the academic qualification and in favor of those whose scientific qualifications were postgraduate studies, while it showed that there were no statistically significant differences due to the years of experience. The study recommended the need to develop training programs that would develop the habits of mind among the basic stage teachers, and recommended the need to adapt the curricula to include the use of habits of mind in the school environment.
