Abstract

هدف المقال التعرف إلى أثر تعاطي رب الأسرة للمخدرات على العنف ضد المرأة في العاصمة عمان في المركز الوطني لتأهيل المدمنين في عمان، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة، تم استخدام المنهج النوعي، إذ تم إجراء مقابلات مع (6) نزلاء من أصل (9) نزلاء من أرباب الأسر المتعاطين للمخدرات والمعنفين للمرأة، وقد تم سحب العينة بطريقة عشوائية بسيطة. وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة بأن جميع النزلاء تعاطوا المخدرات قبل الزواج، وقد علمت زوجاتهم عن إدمانهم بعد زواجهم منهم، وجميع النزلاء المعنفين لزوجاتهم مارسوا العنف الجسدي واللفظي والنفسي ضدهن، وجميع عينة الدراسة أكدوا أن العنف كان موجهاً ضد الزوجة فقط. وأما بالنسبة لأسباب تعاطي رب الأسرة للمخدرات هو وجود صديق يتعاطى المخدرات، ولا يوجد أسباب أخرى تصدر عن الزوجة يجعلها تتعرض للعنف، وإنما السبب الوحيد لممارسة العنف ضدها هو تعاطيه المخدرات فقط. وفي ضوء هذه النتائج توصلت الدراسة إلى جملة من التوصيات أبرزها إجراء دراسة مفصلة عن سبب ازدياد حالات العنف الأسري ضد الزوجة، بالإضافة إلى تفعيل الدور الوقائي لمشكلة المخدرات من خلال البرامج، والأنشطة التي تهدف لرفع الوعي بخطورة المخدرات حيث ترتبط بعلاقة طردية مع مشكلة العنف الأسري والجريمة ككل

The aim of the article is to identify the impact of drug use by the head of the family on violence against women in the capital, Amman, at the National Center for the Rehabilitation of Addicts in Amman. To achieve the objectives of the study, a qualitative approach was used, where interviews were conducted with (6) inmates out of (9) inmates who are heads of household. Families who abuse drugs and abuse women. The sample was drawn in a simple random manner. The results of the study showed that all the inmates used drugs before marriage, and their wives learned about their addiction after they married him, and all the inmates who abused their wives practiced physical, verbal, and psychological violence against them, and in the entire study sample, the violence was directed against the wife only. As for the reasons for the head of the family’s drug use, it is the presence of a friend who uses drugs, and there are no other reasons given by the wife that makes her subject to violence. Rather, the only reason for exercising violence against her is because he uses drugs only. In light of these results, the study reached a number of recommendations, most notably conducting a detailed study on the reason for the increase in cases of domestic violence against the wife, in addition to activating the preventive role of the drug problem through programs and activities that aim to raise awareness of the danger of drugs, as they are directly linked to the problem of domestic violence and crime. As a whole.
