Abstract

هدف المقال إلى تحديد مدى توافر عناصر إدارة الأزمات في تحقيق الأهداف التربوية امن وجهة نظر المعلمين في مديرية تربية عجلون، وأظهرت نتائج التحليل الإحصائي تأثيراً إيجابياً ذا دلالة إحصائية على إدارة الأزمات. وبالنظر إلى الإدارة التربوية من وجهة نظر المعلمين في مديرية تربية عجلون، فقد ضمت عينة الدراسة (134) معلما و (193) معلمة ومديرة في مدرسة الوهادنه الأساسية للبنين من مديرية تربية عجلون ووزارة التربية والتعليم، كاشفة عما يلي: من وجهة نظر المعلمين في مديرية تربية عجلون، فإن لجوانب أساليب إدارة الأزمات في إدارة التعليم (اكتشاف إشارات الإنذار المبكر، الاستعداد والوقاية، احتواء الأضرار، واستعادة النشاط) دوراً هاماً إحصائياً. أوصت هذه الدراسة بإجراء دراسات وأبحاث مستقبلية في أثر إدارة الأزمات في تحقيق الأهداف التربوية من وجهة نظر المعلمين في مديرية تربية عجلون، والتأكد من أن أنظمة التعليم مجهزة بجميع أنواع إدارة الأزمات، وتشجع على نشر الثقافة

The article aims to determine the availability of risk management elements in the Education Department of the Ajloun Education Directorate, and the results of the statistical analysis showed a statistically significant positive impact on risk management. Considering the educational administration from the point of view of teachers in the Ajloun Education Directorate, the study sample included (134) teachers and (193) teachers and Headmistresses at the AL-wahadneh basic school for boys from the northern Ajloun Education Directorate and the Ministry of education, revealing the following: from the point of view of teachers in the Ajloun Education Directorate, aspects of crisis management methods in education management (detection of early warning signals, preparedness and Prevention, damage containment, and activity restoration) have become statistically significant. This study recommends conducting future studies and research in educational management and the role of Educational Management in achieving the effectiveness of crisis management and improving teacher performance, and to ensure that education systems are equipped with all types of crisis management, and we encourage you to spread culture
