Abstract
هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى أثر نظم المعلومات الإدارية في تحسين أداء معلمي اللغة العربية في مديرية التربية والتعليم للواء القويسمة، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة والإجابة على أسئلتها تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي والتحليلي لملاءمته هذا النوع من الدراسات، وتم تطوير استبانة لجمع البيانات من عينة الدراسة التي تم اختيارها بطريقة عشوائية من مجتمع الدراسة الذي تكون من معلمي اللغة العربية كافة ممن يعملون لدى المدارس التابعة لمديرية التربية والتعليم للواء القويسمة في الأردن حيث بلغ عددهم (247) معلمًا و(279) معلمة ، في حين بلغ عدد العينة (263) معلما ومعلمة، وتم توزيع (270) استبانة واسترداد (250) استبانة صالحة لأغراض التحليل الإحصائي، ولاختبار فرضيات الدراسة تم استخدام تحليل الإنحدار المتعدد. وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة أنه يوجد أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية لنظم المعلومات الإدارية بجميع أبعادها المتمثلة بـ (المؤسسة، والإدارة، وتكنولوجيا المعلومات) على أداء معلمي اللغة العربية في مديرية تربية لواء القويسمة، وأوصت الدراسة بعدة توصيات من أهمها: التاكيد على إدارة المدارس لمتابعة استخدام نظم المعلومات الإدارية لما لها من أثار إيجابية تتمثل في القيام بالمهمات المحاسبية والمكتبية ومهمة اتخاذ القرارات عبر توفيرها لمعلومات كافية عن الماضي والحاضر وتنظيم الاجتماعات والندوات، فهي تقضي على سياسة العمل الروتيني الممل وتخفف مستوى الأعباء الاقتصادية وتوفر الوقت والجهد على القوى العاملة
The aim of this study was to identify the effect of Management Information Systems in improving the performance of Arabic Language teachers in the Directorate of Education of the AL-quwaysmah brigade, and to achieve the objectives of the study and answer its questions, a descriptive and analytical curriculum was used to suit this type of studies, and a questionnaire was developed to collect data from the study sample that was randomly selected from the study community, which consisted of all Arabic Language teachers who work at schools affiliated to the Directorate of education of the AL-quwaisma Brigade in Jordan, where there were (247) teachers and (279) teachers, while the sample number (263) teachers, (270) questionnaires were distributed and (250) valid questionnaires were retrieved For the purposes of statistical analysis, and to test the hypotheses of the study, multiple regression analysis was used. The results of the study showed that there is a statistically significant impact of Management Information Systems in all their dimensions (institution, management, and Information Technology) on the performance of Arabic Language teachers in the Directorate of Education of the AL-quwaysmah brigade, Emphasis on school management to follow up on the use of management information systems because of its positive effects represented in carrying out accounting and office tasks and the task of making decisions by providing sufficient information about the past and present and organizing meetings and seminars, as it eliminates the boring routine work policy and reduces the level of economic burdens and saves time and effort on the workforce
