Abstract

هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى دور المشرف التربوي فى تحسين الكفايات المهنية، (الأكاديمية والتربوية) للمعلمين الجدد، والتعرف على أساليب تطوير العمل الإشرافي تجاه برامج التأهيل التربوي والأكاديمي لهم، بالإضافة إلى التعرف على مدى انتقال أثر التدريب فى هذه البرامج، من وجهة نظر المعلمين أنفسهم، وتنبع أهمية هذه الدراسة من أهمية الإشراف التربوي في العملية التعليمية والتربوية، وما له من دور مهم في تنمية كفايات المعلمين الجدد في مديرية تربية قصبة عمان، ورفع مستواهم التربوي، وقد اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي من خلال أداتها البحثية (الاستبانة)، حيث طبقت على عينة من مجتمع الدراسة وهم (312) معلما ومعلمة في مديرية تربية قصبة عمان، تم اختيارهم بالطريقة العشوائية، وتوصلت الدراسة بناء على أسئلتها إلى أن المعلمين الجدد يرون أن للمشرف التربوي دورا متوسطا في تحسين الكفايات الأكاديمية من الناحية الشخصية والمعرفية والثقافية والاجتماعية والوجدانية، حيث بلغ المتوسط الحسابي الكلي (2.78) بنسبة مئوية (55.6%)، ودورا متوسطا كذلك في تنمية الكفايات التربوية والبيداغوجية، بمتوسط حسابي (3.13) ونسبة مئوية (62.6%). وأوصت الدراسة بعدة توصيات أهمها التأكيد على المعلمين بالاهتمام بالتنمية المهنية المعرفية، من حيث الإلمام بجميع المفاهيم العلمية وإثراء معرفته التخصصية، بآخر المستجدات في مجال معرفته

The study aimed to identify the role of the educational supervisor in improving the professional competencies (academic and educational) of new teachers and to identify the methods of developing supervisory work towards educational and academic qualification programs for them, in addition to identifying the extent of the transfer of the impact of training in these programs, from the point of view of the teachers themselves. The importance of this study stems from the importance of educational supervision in the teaching and educational process, and its important role in developing the competencies of new teachers in the Directorate of Qasaba Amman Education and raising their educational level. The study relied on the descriptive approach through its research tool (questionnaire), as it was applied to A sample of the study population, who are (312) male and female teachers in the Qasaba Education Directorate of Amman, were chosen randomly. The study concluded, based on its questions, that the new teachers believe that the educational supervisor has a moderate role in improving academic competencies in terms of personal, cognitive, cultural, social and emotional aspects, as the total arithmetic mean was (2.78), with a percentage of (55.6%), and a moderate role as well in the development of educational competencies. and pedagogy, with an arithmetic mean of (3.13) and a percentage of (62.6%). The study recommended several recommendations, the most important of which is emphasizing teachers' interest in cognitive professional development, in terms of familiarity with all scientific concepts and enriching his specialized knowledge with the latest developments in his field of knowledge
