Abstract

هدفت الدراسة التعرف على أثر الإدارة المدرسية في تعزيز الشراكة مع المجالس التربوية من وجهة نظر معلمي المدارس الحكومية في محافظة عجلون وذلك وفقًا لما أشارت إليه وزارة التربية والتعليم في محافظة عجلون من وجود ضعف في مستوى الشراكة والعلاقة وربما عدم اهتمام من قبل الإدارة المدرسية أو المجالس التربوية بهذه الشراكة وبالمستوى المطلوب، ولغايات تحقيق أهداف الدراسة الحالية تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لملائمته لنوع الدراسة، حيث تم تطوير استبانة لجمع البيانات من العينة التي تم اختيارها بالطريقة العشوائية من مجتمع الدراسة المكون من جميع المعلمين في المدارس الحكومية في محافظة عجلون، وبلغت العينة (200) معلم ومعلمة، وتم إرسال استبانة إلكترونية لأفراد عينة الدراسة، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى وجود أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية للإدارة المدرسية المتمثلة في (التخطيط المدرسي، الرؤية والأهداف التعليمية، تقديم الاستشارات) في تعزيز الشراكة مع المجالس التربوية من وجهة نظر معلمي المدارس الحكومية في محافظة عجلون؛ كما أوصت الدراسة بضرورة العمل على مشاركة أنماط التعليم المختلفة في المدارس والمجالس التربوية، ومن استنتاجات الدراسة التي توصلت إليها حاجة المدارس الحكومية إلى تفعيل دور الإدارة المدرسية سواء كان على المستوى الداخلي أو الخارجي عبر عمليات التخطيط والتنظيم والتقييم، وعقد الدورات والمشاركة في الندوات وورش العمل

The study aimed to identify the impact of school administration in strengthening partnership with educational councils from the point of view of public school teachers in Ajloun Governorate, according to what the Ministry of Education in Ajloun Governorate indicated that there is a weakness in the level of partnership and relationship and perhaps a lack of interest on the part of the school administration or councils. Educational education in this partnership and at the required level, and for the purposes of achieving the objectives of the current study, the descriptive analytical approach was used to suit the type of study, where a questionnaire was developed to collect data from a sample that was randomly selected from the study population consisting of all teachers in public schools in Ajloun Governorate, and the sample amounted to ( (200) male and female teachers, and an electronic questionnaire was sent to members of the study sample, and the study found that there was a statistically significant effect of school administration represented in (school planning, educational vision and goals, providing consultations) in strengthening the partnership with educational councils from the point of view of government school teachers in the governorate. Ajloun; the study also recommended the need to work on the participation of different types of education in schools and educational councils. Among the study’s conclusions was the need for government schools to activate the role of school administration, whether at the internal or external level, through planning, organizing and evaluation processes, holding courses and participating in seminars and workshops
