Abstract
هدفت الدراسة التحقق من جاهزية المدارس الأردنية لتعزيز الهوية الوطنية لدى الطلبة في ظل العولمة من وجهة نظر معلمات مدارس مديرية تربية لواء القويسمة. ولتحقيق هذا الهدف تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي. وتكوّنت عينة الدراسة من (308) معلمات تمّ اختيارهن بالطريقة العشوائية الطبقية من مدارس مديرية تربية لواء القويسمة. وتم توزيع أداة الدراسة عليهن إلكترونياً، والتي تضمنت (25) فقرة تقيس جاهزية المدارس الأردنية لتعزيز الهوية الوطنية لدى الطلبة في ظل العولمة ضمن ثلاثة مجالات (المقررات المدرسية، الأنشطة اللامنهجية، الإدارة المدرسية). وتوصلت الدراسة إلى وجود دور مرتفع للمقررات الدراسية في تعزيز الهوية الوطنية لدى الطلبة في ظل العولمة، ووجود دور متوسط للأنشطة اللامنهجية في تعزيز الهوية الوطنية لدى الطلبة في ظل العولمة، ووجود دور مرتفع للأنشطة اللامنهجية في تعزيز الهوية الوطنية في ظل العولمة. كما توصلت الدراسة إلى عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (0.05= α) على الدرجة الكلية لجاهزية المدارس الأردنية لتعزيز الهوية الوطنية لدى الطلبة في ظل العولمة من وجهة نظر معلمات مدارس مديرية تربية لواء القويسمة تعزى لمتغير التخصص الأكاديمي، أو متغير سنوات الخبرة. وأوصت الدراسة بتخصيص يوم محدّد من كل سنة ليسمّى بــــ (يوم الهوية الوطنية الأردنية) تُقام فيه نشاطات ومهرجانات احتفالية وندوات علمية لتعزيز هذا المفهوم ونشر الوعي به انطلاقاً من الثوابت الأردنية، وتعزيز الشراكة بين المدارس والقطاع الخاص لتنظيم المبادرات الوطنية المعززة من قيمة مفهوم الهوية الوطنية
The study aimed to verify the readiness of Jordanian schools to promote the national identity among students in light of globalization from the point of view of female teachers of the Qweismeh District Education Directorate. To achieve this goal, the descriptive analytical approach was used. The sample of the study consisted of (308) female teachers who were selected in a stratified random way from the schools of the Qweismeh District Education Directorate. The study questionnaire was distributed to them electronically, which included (25) items measuring the readiness of Jordanian schools to enhance the national identity of students in light of globalization within three areas (school curricula, extracurricular activities, and school administration). The study revealed a high role for academic curricula in enhancing the national identity of students in light of globalization, a medium role for extracurricular activities in strengthening national identity among students in light of globalization, and a high role for extracurricular activities in strengthening national identity in light of globalization.The study also revealed that there were no statistically significant differences at the level of significance (α=0.05) on the total degree of readiness of Jordanian schools to enhance the national identity of students in light of globalization from the point of view of the teachers of the Qweismeh Directorate of Education schools, due to the variable of academic specialization, or the variable of years of experience. The study recommended allocating a specific day every year to be called (Jordanian National Identity Day) in which activities, festive festivals and scientific seminars are held to promote this concept and spread awareness of it based on the Jordanian constants, and to strengthen the partnership between schools and the private sector to organize national initiatives that enhance the value of the concept of national identity
