Abstract

هدفت الدراسة التعرف على دور مرشدي المدارس الأردنية في الحد من ظاهرة التنمر في المدارس الحكومية في لواء ناعور، والعقبات التي تواجههم من وجهة نظر أولياء الأمور، وقد اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي من خلال أداتها البحثية (الاستبانة)، حيث طبقت على عينة من أولياء أمور طلبة المدارس الثانوية في لواء ناعور في محافظة العاصمة عمان، حيث شملت العينة (360 ولي أمر)، تم اختيارهم بالطريقة العشوائية، وتوصلت الدراسة بناء على أسئلتها إلى أن أولياء الأمور يرون أن دور مرشدي المدارس يتم بدرجة متوسطة، حيث بلغ المتوسط الحسابي الكلي (3.45)، ونسبة مئوية (69.04%)، وتشير النتائج أيضا إلى أن أولياء الأمور يرون أن العقبات التي تواجه مرشدي المدارس الأردنية في الحد من ظاهرة التنمر بدرجة ضعيفة، حيث بلغ المتوسط الحسابي الكلي (2.01) ونسبة مئوية (40.2)، كما أظهرت النتائج وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (0.05)، تبعا لمتغير (الجنس) بين متوسطات الطلاب الذكور ومتوسط الطالبات الإناث، لصالح الذكور الأعلى في المتوسطات. بينما لا يوجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في متوسطات دور المرشد التربوي باختلاف متغير (المؤهل العلمي لولي الأمر). وأوصت الدراسة بعدة توصيات أهمها ضرورة تشجيع الطلبة في المدرسة على المشاركة في الاجتماعات والندوات التي يعقدها المرشد التربوي في المدرسة

The study aimed to identify the role of Jordanian school counselors in reducing the phenomenon of bullying in public schools in the Naour brigade and the obstacles facing them from the point of view of parents, the study relied on the descriptive curriculum through its research tool (questionnaire), where it was applied to a sample of parents of Secondary School students in the Naour Brigade in the governorate of the capital Amman, where the sample included (360 parents), selected by random method, and the study concluded based on its questions that parents total arithmetic (3.45), percentage (69.04%), the results also indicate that parents see obstacles The results also showed that there are statistically significant differences at the level of significance (0.05), depending on the variable (gender), between the averages of male students and the average of female students, in favor of males who are higher in the averages. While there are no significant differences in the averages of the role of the educational mentor with a variable difference (the educational qualification of the parent). The study recommended several recommendations, the most important of which is the need to encourage students at the school to participate in meetings and seminars held by the educational advisor at the school.
