Abstract

هدفت الدراسة إلى بيان مدى ممارسة مديري مدارس تربية عمان الثانية لأنماط القيادة الموقفية من وجهة نظر المعلمين، وقياس مستوى علاقة مدير المدرسة بالمعلمين في مديرية تربية عمان الثانية، وقياس العلاقة بين درجة ممارسة مديري مدارس تربية عمان الثانية لأنماط القيادة الموقفية وبين علاقة مدير المدرسة بالمعلمين، حيث اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي المسحي، وتكون مجتمع الدراسة من معلمي المرحلة الثانوية في المدارس الثانوية الحكومية في لواء الجامعة للعام الدراسي 2022 / 2023 والبالغ عددهم (721) معلماً ومعلمة، تم اختيار منهم عينة عشوائية بلغت (248) معلماً ومعلمة. بينت الدراسة وجود درجة متوسطة من الموافقة لدى المعلمين نحو تطبيق مديري المدارس للقيادة الموقفية في المدارس الحكومية في مديرية عمان الثانية، ووجود درجة متوسطة من الموافقة نحو علاقة مدير المدرسة بالمعلمين في مديرية تربية عمان الثانية، ووجود علاقة إيجابية متوسطة القوة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين درجة ممارسة مديري مدارس تربية عمان الثانية لأنماط القيادة الموقفية وبين علاقة مدير المدرسة بالمعلمين، وتوصي الدراسة باعتماد مديري المدارس على مبادئ القيادة الموقفية في أداء المهام التربوية والإدارية لدى المديرين في المدارس الأردنية واشراك المعلمين بعملية اتخاذ القرارات داخل المدارس، بما يعود بالنفع على نجاح أدائهم وأداء الطلبة

The study aimed to demonstrate the extent to which principals of Amman Second Education schools practice situational leadership styles from the teachers' point of view, and to measure the level of the school principal's relationship with teachers in the Second Amman Education Directorate, and to measure the relationship between the degree of practice of situational leadership patterns by principals of Amman Second Education schools and between the school principal's relationship with teachers. Where the study relied on the descriptive survey method, and the study population consisted of secondary school teachers in government secondary schools in the university district for the academic year 2022/2023, whose number was (721) teachers. The random sample was (248) male and female teachers. The study showed that there is a medium degree of approval among teachers towards the application of situational leadership by school principals in government schools in the Second Amman Directorate, and the existence of a medium degree of approval towards the relationship of the school principal with teachers in the Amman Second Directorate of Education. And the existence of a positive, medium-strength, statistically significant relationship between the degrees of the practice of situational leadership styles by the principals of the Second Amman Education Schools and the school principal's relationship with the teachers. The study recommends that school principals rely on the principles of situational leadership in performing the educational and administrative tasks of principals in Jordanian schools, and involve teachers in the decision-making process within schools, in a way that benefits the success of their performance and the performance of students
