Abstract

هدفت الدراسة إلى تحليل فاعلية توظيف القيادات في النقابات الأيديولوجيا القومية والدينية والوطنية في إطار تنافسها السياسي في إطار العمل النقابي أم لتعزيز المشاركة للأعضاء في العمل النقابي، واعتمدت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي والمنهج المؤسسي، وتبين من خلال الدراسة أن النقابات المهنية الأردنية تؤدي دوراً بارز الأهمية سواء كان ذلك في الجانب السياسي أو الاقتصادي أو الاجتماعي وعلى صعيد الجانب المهني، وعملت هذه النقابات المهنية في التركيز على تنظيم المهن ورفع كفاءتها، وعملت على المحافظة على حقوق ومصالح منتسبيها، وإن الصراع على قيادة النقابات ينحصر في الغالب بين قائمتين، الأولى باتت تعرف باسم القائمة البيضاء وهي قائمة التيار الإسلامي وأنصارهم، فيما تعرف القائمة الثانية باسم القائمة الخضراء وهي قائمة القوى القومية واليسارية

The study aimed to analyze the effectiveness of employing leaders in trade unions, the national, religious and national ideology within the framework of their political competition within the framework of union action or to enhance the participation of members in union work. The study adopted the descriptive and analytical approach and the institutional approach. Whether on the political, economic or social side, even on the professional side, these professional unions have worked to focus on organizing professions and raising their efficiency, and have worked to preserve the rights and interests of their members. The struggle over the leadership of the unions is mostly confined to two lists, the first is now known. In the name of the White List, which is the list of the Islamic trend and their supporters, while the second list is known as the Green List, which is the list of national and leftist forces
