Abstract
هدف المقال إلى تحليل توجهات السياسة الخارجية السعودية على الصعيد والتحول في الرؤية الاقليمية السعودية بعد عام 2016، وانطلق المقال من الفرضة التالية: "هناك علاقة ارتباطية بين التطورات الاقليمية التي شهدتها المنطقة العربية وبين التحول في الأدوار الاقليمية السعودية"، وظف المقال المنهج الوصفي/ التحليلي، ومنهج النسق للوصول الى النتائج. توصلت النتائج إلى أن التحولات الصاعدة في منطقة الشرق الأوسط تركت أثراً جوهرياً على السياسة الخارجية للمملكة العربية السعودية، سواء على مستوى التوجهات أو الأدوات المستخدمة في تنفيذ السياسة الخارجية السعودية التركيز على "توازنات المصالح" إلى التركيز على "توازنات القوة"، بما قد يجعلها تميل للنهج الاستباقي وتوظيف القوة لحسم في بعض الملفات خاصة المرتبطة بالتهديدات المباشرة، وفي ضوء النتائج يوصي الباحثان بأهمية تعزيز السعودية لعلاقاتها الإقليمية وبناء الشراكات الاستراتيجية مع الدول العربية بما يخدم السياسة الخارجية ويعزز من قدرتها على لعب دور مؤثر في الأزمات العربية، والتوسط لحل النزاعات في الأزمات الإقليمية
The article aimed to analyze the directions of Saudi foreign policy at the level and the transformation in the Saudi regional vision after 2016. The article started from the following hypothesis: “There is a correlation between the regional developments witnessed in the Arab region and the transformation in Saudi regional roles.” The article employed the descriptive analytical approach and ystematic approach to reach results.The results concluded that the emerging transformations in the Middle East region had a fundamental impact on the foreign policy of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, whether at the level of trends or tools used in implementing Saudi foreign policy. Focusing on “balances of interests” to focusing on “balances of power,” which may make it tend toward the approach Proactive and employing force to resolve some issues, especially those related to direct threats. In light of the results, the two researchers recommend the importance of Saudi Arabia strengthening its regional relations and building strategic partnerships with Arab countries in a way that serves foreign policy and enhances its ability to play an influential role in Arab crises, and mediate to resolve disputes in regional crises
