Abstract

هدف البحث الى تصميم منصة تدريبية وفـــق النموذج العام لعقد الدورات التدريبية الخاصة بمرتبات مديرية الامن العام في الاردن ولقياس أثرها في تنمية الدافعية من خلال استخدام المنصة، تم عقد دورة تدريبية خاصة بمهارات التواصل للعاملين على تلقي البلاغات عبر رقم الطوارئ 911 في مديرية الأمن العام، حيث تم استخدام المنهج شبة التجريبي، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من مجموعتين، إحداهما تجريبية وعدد افرادها (20) متدرباً، والاخرى ضابطة وعدد افرادها (20) متدرباً، واستمرت مدة تطبيق التدريب (20) ساعة تدريبية موزعه على (8) لقاءات جميعها حول مهارات التواصل، واجري قياس بعدي وقبلي، وتوصلت نتائج البحث الى فاعلية المنصة التدريبية وكان لها اثر ذو دلالة احصائية (0.05 =a) تنمية الدافعية لدى العاملين على تلقي البلاغات عبر رقم الطوارئ 911 في مديرية العمليات والسيطرة ولصالح المجموعة التجريبية التي استخدم في تدريبهم المنصة التدريبية. وقد أوصى الباحثون بضرورة تبني مديرية الأمن العام باستخدام المنصة التدريبية لعقد الدورات التعليمية

The research aimed to design a training platform according to the general model for holding training courses for the salaries of the Public Security Directorate in Jordan and to measure its impact on developing motivation through the use of the platform. A training course was held on communication skills for employees receiving reports via the emergency number 911 in the Public Security Directorate. The quasi-experimental approach was used, and the study sample consisted of two groups, one experimental with (20) trainees, and the other control with (20) trainees. The training application period lasted (20) training hours distributed over (8) meetings, all of which were about communication skills. A pre- and post-test was conducted, and the research results showed the effectiveness of the training platform and its statistically significant effect ( = 0.05) on developing motivation among employees receiving reports via the emergency number 911 in the Operations and Control Directorate, in favor of the experimental group that used the training platform in their training. The researchers recommended that the Public Security Directorate adopt the use of the training platform to hold educational courses.
