Abstract

هدف المقال التعرف إلى دور مديري المدارس فى توفير متطلبات البيئة الصفية الإبداعية لدى طلبة المرحلة الأساسية في محافظة إربد من وجهة نظر المعلمين، ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي، إذ تم اختيار عينة قوامها (407) من معلمي مدارس المرحلة الأساسية في محافظة إربد، وتم تطبيق استبانة لقياس دور مديري المدارس فى توفير متطلبات البيئة الصفية الإبداعية لدى طلبة المرحلة الأساسية. وتوصلت النتائج إلى وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى((α ≥ 0.05 بين استجابات أفراد العينة من معلمي المدارس حول دور مديري المدارس فى توفير متطلبات البيئة الصفية الإبداعية تعزى لمتغير الجنس لصالح الأناث. ويوجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى ((α ≥ 0.05بين استجابات أفراد العينة من معلمي المدارس حول دور مديري المدارس فى توفير متطلبات البيئة الصفية الإبداعية تعزى لمتغير سـنوات الخبرة ولصـالح الذين سـنوات خدمتهم من فئة (1-5). وأوصـت الدراسـة بالتعاون ما بين المعلمين والإدارة للوصـول إلى البيئة المدرسـية الإبداعية

The article aimed to identify the role of school principals in providing the requirements of a creative classroom environment for primary school students in Irbid Governorate from the teachers' point of view. To achieve the study's objective, the descriptive approach was used, where a sample of (407) primary school teachers in Irbid Governorate was selected, and a questionnaire was applied to measure the role of school principals in providing the requirements of a creative classroom environment for primary school students. The results showed that there were statistically significant differences at the level of ((α ≥ 0.05 between the responses of the sample members of school teachers about the role of school principals in providing the requirements of a creative classroom environment attributed to the gender variable in favor of females, and there were statistically significant differences at the level ((α ≥ 0.05 between the responses of the sample members of school teachers about the role of school principals in providing the requirements of a creative classroom environment attributed to the variable of years of experience and in favor of those whose years of service are from the category (1-5). The study recommended cooperation between teachers and administration to reach a creative school environment.
