Abstract

هدف المقال إلى معرفة واقع الدمج التربوي التعليمي للطلاب ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة في المدارس الحكومية للصفوف الأساسية في محافظة عجلون، إضافةً إلى التعرف إلى دور المتغيرات التالية (الجنس، سنوات الخبرة، الدورات التدريبية للمعلمين) وفقاً لاستجابة المعلمين فيها لعملية الدمج. اعتمدت الدراسة على برنامج التحليل الإحصائي (Spss) لبيان نتائج الدراسة، وتم اختيار مجتمع الدراسة من المعلمين مكونة من مئتين وخمسة عشر(215) معلماً ومعلمة ومدرائهم من مدارس حكومية، كان عدد منها يطبق استراتيجيات الدمج التربوي، وتم تخصيص معلم مساند، وعاملين مختصين، وتم اختيار عينة عشوائية بلغ عدد أفرادها سبعون (70) فرداً من الكادر التدريسي. تكونت الاستبانة من ستة بنود موزعة على ثمانية عشرة سؤالاً، وتبين من خلال نتائج الدراسة أن المتوسط الحسابي لهذه الدراسة هو (3.57)، وبانحراف معياري (0.72) حيث أشارت لدرجة متوسطة، وأوصت الدراسة بزيادة الاهتمام بعملية الدمج التربوي من قبل مديرية التربية والتعليم لمحافظة عجلون بشكل خاص، وعلى مستوى وزارة التربية والتعليم بشكل عام

The article aimed to know the reality of educational integration for students with special needs in government schools for the basic grades in Ajloun Governorate, in addition to identifying the role of the following variables (gender, years of experience, and training courses for teachers according to the teacher’s response to the integration process. The study was based on (Spss) analysis) to demonstrate the results of the study, the study population was selected from teachers, consisting of (215) male and female teachers from government schools, including inclusive schools. A supporting teacher, specialized workers, and principals were allocated, and a random sample of (70) individuals from the school staff was selected. The questionnaire was composed of six items distributed over eighteen questions; the results of the study showed that the arithmetic mean for this study is (3.57) and with a standard letter (0.72), which indicated a moderate degree. The study recommended increasing interest in the process of integration by the Directorate of Education for Ajloun Governorate in particular. And at the level of the Ministry of Education in a general way
