Abstract

هدف المقال التعرف إلى دور القيادة التربوية في تطبيق التفكير التصميمي في التعليم من وجهة نظر مديري المدارس الحكومية – لواء القويسمة أنموذجاً، وقد تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي لملاءمته أغراض الدراسة، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من 138 قائداً تربوياً في المدارس الحكومية في لواء القويسمة والذين تم اخيتارهم بالطريقة القصدية، وتم الاعتماد على الاستبانة لجمع بيانات الدراسة، وقد أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن القيادة التربوية مرتفعة المستوى متمثلة بالقيادة التحويلية، والقيادة التحفيزية، والقيادة الديموقراطية، وأظهرت النتائج أن مستوى التفكير التصميمي مرتفع المستوى لدى القيادة التربوية في المدارس الحكومية في لواء القويسمة، وأظهرت النتائج وجود علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية ما بين القيادة التربوية بأبعادها القيادة التحويلية، والقيادة التحفيزية، والقيادة الديموقراطية وتطبيق التفكير التصميمي في التعليم من وجهة نظر مديرين المدارس الحكومية في لواء القويسمة، وأوصت الدراسة بضرورة رفع الوعي حول ممارسات أنماط القيادة التربوية، وضرورة تطبيق التفكير التصميمي لدى القادة التربويين في المدارس الحكومية في الأردن

The article aimed to identify the role of educational leadership in applying design thinking in education from the point of view of government school principals - Al-Quwaisimah District as a model. A descriptive, correlational approach was used to suit the purposes of the study. The study sample consisted of 138 educational leaders in government schools in Al-Quwaisimah District, who were chosen intentionally, and the questionnaire was relied upon to collect data for the study. The results of the study showed that educational leadership is at a high level, represented by transformational leadership, motivational leadership, and democratic leadership. The results also showed that the level of design thinking is high among educational leadership in government schools in Al-Quwaisimah District, and there is a statistically significant relationship between educational leadership in its dimensions; transformational leadership, motivational leadership and democratic leadership, and the application of design thinking in education from the point of view of public-school principals in the Al-Quwaisimah district. The study recommended the need to raise awareness about the practices of educational leadership styles, and the need to apply design thinking among educational leaders in public schools in Jordan.
