Abstract

هدف البحث الى الكشف عن درجة ممارسة القيادة الريادية لدى مديري المدارس الخاصة في مديرية التربية والتعليم للواء قصبة عمّان من وجهة نظر المعلمين، حيث تم استخدام المنهج الوصفيّ الارتباطي، ولتحقيق أهداف الدّراسة تم تطوير استبانة مكوّنة من أربع مجالات وهي: (الإبداع، الاستباقية، تحمل المخاطر، الرؤية الاستراتيجية). تكوّنت عيّنة البحث من (351) معلمًا ومعلمة من معلمي المدارس الخاصة في مديرية التربية والتعليم (لواء قصبة عمّان)، وأظهرت نتائج البحث أن المتوسط الحسابي الكليّ لدرجة ممارسة القيادة الريادية لدى مديري المدارس الخاصة في مديرية التربية والتعليم للواء القصبة من وجهة نظر المعلمين جاءت بدرجة مرتفعة, وفي ضوء النتائج أوصى البحث بضرورة تعزيز مديري المدارس الخاصة لنمط القيادة الريادية كأحد أنماط القيادة المدرسية الحديثة، لتحسين قدرتهم على تجاوز الأزمات قبل حدوثها

The research aimed to reveal the degree of practice of entrepreneurial leadership among private school principals in the Directorate of Education of the Kasbah Amman District from the point of view of teachers. The research used the descriptive, correlational approach. To achieve the research’s objectives, a questionnaire was developed consisting of four areas: (creativity, proactiveness, risk tolerance, Strategic Vision), and the study sample consisted of (351) male and female private school teachers in the Directorate of Education, Kasbah Amman District. The research’s results showed that the overall arithmetic average of the degree of practicing entrepreneurial leadership among private school principals in the Directorate of Education, Kasbah Amman District, from the teachers’ point of view. It came with a high score In light of the results, the research recommended of the necessity of private school principals strengthening the entrepreneurial leadership style as one of the modern school leadership styles, to improve their ability to overcome crises before they occur
