Abstract

هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى الكشف عن فاعلية برنامج تدريبي قائم على نظرية الأرصدة المعرفية في تنمية معارف معلمي الدراسات الاجتماعية بنظرية الأرصدة المعرفية، وتصوراتهم حول تأثيراتها المرتبطة بالشراكة المجتمعية التعليمية في تحقيق أهداف رؤية عُمان 2040، ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة اتبع الباحثون المنهج المزجي على عينة مكونة من 30 معلماً ومعلمة من معلمي الدراسات الاجتماعية بمحافظة الداخلية ولجمع بيانات الدراسة استخدم الباحثون مجموعة من الأدوات تمثلت في اختبار معارف مرتبط بنظرية الأرصدة المعرفية وممارساتها التدريسية المعززة للشراكة المجتمعية، ومقابلة شبه مقننة للكشف عن تصورات المعلمين حول تأثيراتها المرتبطة بالشراكة المجتمعية التعليمية في تحقيق أهداف رؤية عُمان، وأشارت نتائج الدراسة إلى وجود فرق دال إحصائيًا عند مستوى دلالة (α=0,05) لصالح الاختبار البعدي، كما أشارت نتائج الدراسة أيضا إلى أن لنظرية الأرصدة المعرفية دوراً في تحقيق مبدأ الشراكة المجتمعية في ضوء رؤية عُمان 2040 كما كشف المشاركون عن أن البرنامج التدريبي كان له دور في اكسابهم الممارسات التدريسية المعززة للشراكة المجتمعية

The current study aimed to reveal the effectiveness of a training program based on cognitive balance theory in developing social studies teachers’ knowledge of cognitive balance theory, and their perceptions of its effects related to educational community partnership in achieving the goals of Amman Vision 2040. To achieve the goal of the study, the researchers followed the mixed approach on a sample of 30 students. Male and female social studies teachers in Al Dakhiliyah Governorate. To collect study data, the researchers used a set of tools, including a knowledge test linked to the theory of cognitive reserves and its teaching practices that enhance community partnership, and a semi-structured interview to reveal their perceptions about its effects related to educational community partnership in achieving the goals of the Amman Vision. The results indicated The study showed that there was a statistically significant difference at the level of significance (α = 0.05) in the post-test. The results of the study also indicated that the theory of knowledge stocks has a role in achieving the principle of community partnership in light of Oman Vision 2040. The participants also revealed that the training program had a role In providing participants with teaching practices that enhance community partnership
