درجة ممارسة أعضاء هيئة التدريس للمهارات الناعمة من وجهة نظر الطلبة

Abstract

تمثل المهارات الناعمة أحد الادوات المهمة في القرن الحادي والعشرين، بل وأصبحت مطلبا ضروريا وأساسيا لولوج الخريجين في الجامعات إلى سوق العمل، وهذا يتطلب تدريبهم على اكتساب هذه المهارات وامتلاكها، ولذا جاءت الدراسة الحالية للكشف عن ممارسة أعضاء هيئة التدريس في الجامعات الأردنية الخاصة للمهارات الناعمة من وجهة نظر الطلبة، وتم استخدام المنهج الوصفي المسحي، وطبقت الدراسة على عينة مكونة من (391 ) طالباً وطالبة تم اختيارهم بالطريقة المتيسرة من (5) جامعات خاصة، واستخدمت الاستبانة أداة للدراسة وتكونت من( 50) فقرة. وكشفت نتائج الدراسة ان ممارسة اعضاء هيئة التدريس للمهارات الناعمة من وجهة نظر الطلبة جاءت بدرجة مرتفعة وبمتوسط حسابي(4.34)، وكانت مهارة إدارة الوقت الأكثر ممارسة من قبل أعضاء هيئة التدريس بمتوسط حسابي(4.41)، يليها مهارة الاتصال والتواصل بمتوسط(4.38)، وجاءت مهارة التخطيط بالمرتبة الثالثة بمتوسط حسابي(4.35)، وحل بالمرتبة الرابعة مهارة القيادة بمتوسط حسابي(4.31)، وفي المرتبة الخامسة جاءت مهارة اتخاذ القرار وحل المشكلات بمتوسط حسابي(4.30)، بينما حلت مهارة التفكير الناقد بالمرتبة الأخيرة بمتوسط( 4.29)، وكذلك بينت النتائج أن وجهة نظر الطلبة في ممارسة أعضاء هيئة التدريس للمهارات الناعمة معهم لا تختلف باختلاف جنس الطالب، أو مستواه التعليمي، أو الكلية التي ينتمي إليها. وتوصي الدراسة بتشجيع أعضا هيئة التدريس في الجامعات على التوسع في ممارسة المهارات الناعمة من خلال السعي نحو التعلم المستمر، وحضور الورش التدريبية ومواكبة المستجدات البحثية في هذا المجال

Soft skills represent one of the most important tools of the twenty-first century, and have become a necessary and essential requirement for university graduates to enter the labor market. This requires training them to acquire and possess these skills. Therefore, the current study aims to reveal the practice of soft skills by faculty members at private Jordanian universities from the students' perspective. A descriptive survey approach was used, and the study was conducted on a sample of (391) male and female students, who were selected by the available method from (5) private universities. A questionnaire was used as a study tool, consisting of (50) items. The study results revealed that, from the students' perspective, faculty members' practice of soft skills was highly rated, with an average of 4.34. Time management was the skill most practiced by faculty members, with an average of 4.41, followed by communication and interaction, with an average of 4.38. Planning came in third place with an average of 4.35, while leadership came in fourth place with an average of 4.31. Decision-making and problem-solving came in fifth place with an average of 4.30, while critical thinking came in last with an average of 4.29. The results also indicated that students' perceptions of faculty members' practice of soft skills with them did not differ based on the student's gender, educational level, or college. The study recommends encouraging university faculty members to expand their practice of soft skills by pursuing continuous learning, attending training workshops, and keeping up with research developments in this field
