Abstract
هدف البحث إلى تحديد القدرة التنبؤية للانفتاح على الخبرة والرضا عن الحياة واليقظة العقلية بالتعاطف مع الذات لدى أمهات الأطفال ذوي الاعاقة في مكة المكرمة وتحديد مستوى التعاطف مع الذات لدى أمهات الأطفال ذوي الإعاقة في مدينة مكة المكرمة، وتحديد العلاقات الارتباطية بين متغيرات الدراسة الانفتاح عن الخبرة والرضا عن الحياة واليقظة العقلية بالتعاطف مع الذات، وبلغت عينة حساب الخصائص السيكومترية لمقاييس البحث (112) بينما بلغت عينة الدراسة الأساسية من (120) أم من أمهات الأطفال ذوي الإعاقة بمركز الأطفال المعاقين بمدينة مكة المكرمة تراوحت أعمارهن الزمنية بين (27-48) سنة، واشتملت أدوات الدراسة على مقياس التعاطف مع الذات، مقياس الانفتاح عن الخبرة ومقياس الرضا عن الحياة ومقياس اليقظة العقلية وتمت معالجة البيانات إحصائيا باستخدام برنامج SPSS من خلال حساب المتوسطات والانحرافات المعيارية واختبار "ت" ومعاملات الارتباط والانحدار الخطي وتوصل البحث إلى عدة نتائج أهمها وجود تأثير لمتغيرات البحث المستقلة (الانفتاح عن الخبرة والرضا عن الحياة واليقظة العقلية) على المتغير التابع (التعاطف مع الذات) ووجود علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين أبعاد التعاطف مع الذات والانفتاح عن الخبرة والرضا عن الحياة واليقظة العقلية، ووجود مستوى متوسط من التعاطف مع الذات لدى أمهات الأطفال ذوي الإعاقة
The article aimed to determine the predictive ability of openness to experience, life satisfaction, and mindfulness with self-compassion among mothers of children with disabilities in Makkah Al-Mukarramah, and to determine the level of self-compassion among mothers of children with disabilities in Makkah Al-Mukarramah, and to determine the correlational relationships between the study variables of openness to experience, life satisfaction, and mindfulness with self-compassion. The sample for calculating the psychometric properties of the research scales amounted to 112, while the basic study sample amounted to 120 mothers of children with disabilities at the Center for Disabled Children in Makkah Al-Mukarramah, whose ages ranged between 27-48 years. The study tools included the self-compassion scale, the openness to experience scale, the life satisfaction scale, and the mindfulness scale. The data were processed statistically using the SPSS program by calculating averages, standard deviations, the "t" test, correlation coefficients, and linear regression. The research reached several results, the most important of which is the existence of an effect of the independent research variables (openness to experience, life satisfaction, and mindfulness) on the dependent variable (self-compassion) and the existence of a relationship Statistical significance between the dimensions of self-compassion, openness to experience, life satisfaction, and mindfulness, and the presence of an average level of self-compassion among mothers of children with disabilities
