فاعلية برنامج تدريبي قائم على أساليب البحث النَّوعي الإثنوغرافي وفق نظرية الأرصدة المعرفية في تنمية الاتجاه نحو أساليب البحث النَّوعي الإثنوغرافي لدى مُعَلِّمِي الدراسات الاجتماعية بسلطنة عُمَان في ضوء بعض المُتَغَيِّرَات.

Abstract

هدفت الدراسةُ لِلتَّعَرُّف إلى فاعلية برنامج تدريبي قائم على أساليب البحث النَّوعي الإثنوغرافي وفق نظرية الأرصدة المعرفية؛ في تنمية اتجاهات مُعَلِّمِي الدراسات الاجتماعية بمحافظة الداخلية نحو البحث النَّوعي الإثنوغرافي وتَأَثُّرِهِ ببعض المُتَغَيِّرَات، ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة الحاليَّة اتَّبَعَ الباحثون المنهجَ شِبْهَ التَّجريبي على عيِّنة مُكَوَّنَة من (30) مُعَلِّمًا ومُعَلِّمَةً من مُعَلِّمِي الدراسات الاجتماعية بمحافظة الداخلية في سلطنة عُمَان بواقع (15) مُعَلِّمًا و(15) مُعَلِّمَةً؛ ولجمعِ بيانات الدراسة الحاليَّة تم استخدام مقياس اتِّجَاهِ مُكَوَّنٍ من 30 فقرة مُوَزَّعَة على أربعة محاورَ، وتم التَّأَكُّدُ من الصدق الظاهري للمقياس بِعَرْضِهِ على عددٍ من المُحَكِّمِين بجامعة السُّلطان قابوس وخارجها، كما تم التَّأَكُّد من ثبات المقياس من خلال معامل الثبات ألفا كرونباخ التي أشارت نتائجُهُ إلى وجود ثباتٍ عالٍ في محاور المقياس جميعها عند مستوى دلالة (.894). وأشارت نتائج الدراسة الحاليَّة إلى وجود نتائج إيجابية مرتفعة نحو الاتِّجَاه لأساليب البحث الإثنوغرافي في محاور المقياس جميعها لصالح التطبيق البَعْدِي؛ باستثناء محور التحديات والصعوبات، وفي ضوء نتائج الدراسة الحاليَّة أَوْصَى الباحثان بأهمية تدريب مُعَلِّمِي الدراسات على أساليب البحث الإثنوغرافي، وتنمية معارفهم بأساليب البحث العلمي الإثنوغرافي، والاستفادة من الأرصدة المعرفية التي يتم جَمْعُها في تطوير العملية التعليمية

The study aimed to identify the effectiveness of a training program based on ethnographic qualitative research methods in accordance with the theory of Funds of knowledge, in developing the attitudes of social studies teachers in Al Dakhiliyah Governorate towards qualitative ethnographic research and its impact on some variables. To achieve the goal of the study, the researchers followed the quasi-experimental approach on a sample of (30) male and female social studies teachers consisting of (15) male and (15) female teachers; To collect data for the study, an attitude scale consisting of 30 items distributed on four domains was used. The apparent validity of the scale was confirmed by presenting it to several arbitrators at Sultan Qaboos University and outside of it. The stability of the scale was also confirmed through Cronbach’s alpha reliability coefficient, the results of which indicated high stability in All domains of the scale at the significance level (.894). The results of the study indicated that there were high positive results towards the trend of ethnographic research methods in all aspects of the scale in favor of the post-application with except for the challenges and difficulties domain. Considering the results of the study, the two researchers recommended the importance of training study teachers on ethnographic research methods, developing their knowledge of ethnographic scientific research methods, and benefiting from the accumulated knowledge reserves in developing the educational process
