Abstract
This study explores the concept of ethical leadership through the model of Nelson Mandela, a prominent figure in the fight against apartheid in South Africa. It focuses on how Mandela applied principles of forgiveness, reconciliation, and social justice to achieve a peaceful transition from an oppressive regime to a democratic society. Through a comprehensive analysis of Mandela's leadership style, the study illustrates how his commitment to ethical integrity contributed to national unity and alleviated social tensions. The study employs a qualitative methodology, including the analysis of historical records, speeches, and academic articles, and provides insights into how contemporary leaders can benefit from Mandela's model to advance social progress
تستكشف هذه الدراسة مفهوم القيادة الأخلاقية من خلال نموذج نيلسون مانديلا، الشخصية البارزة في مكافحة الفصل العنصري في جنوب أفريقيا. ويركز على كيفية تطبيق مانديلا مبادئ التسامح والمصالحة والعدالة الاجتماعية لتحقيق الانتقال السلمي من نظام قمعي إلى مجتمع ديمقراطي. ومن خلال تحليل شامل لأسلوب قيادة مانديلا، توضح الدراسة كيف أسهم التزامه بالنزاهة الأخلاقية في الوحدة الوطنية وتخفيف التوترات الاجتماعية. تستخدم الدراسة منهجية نوعية، بما في ذلك تحليل السجلات التاريخية والخطب والمقالات الأكاديمية، وتقدم نظرة ثاقبة حول كيفية استفادة القادة المعاصرين من نموذج مانديلا لتعزيز التقدم الاجتماعي
